π©βπ³ First: How to Air Fry a Whole Chicken
Youβll need a 3β4 lb Country Ribbon Whole Chicken (on sale $2.99/lb).
π§ Ingredients:
- 
1 whole chicken (thawed) 
- 
2 tbsp margarine or oil 
- 
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (or your favorite seasonings) 
π₯ Instructions:
- 
Preheat air fryer to 350Β°F. 
- 
Prep the chicken: Pat dry with paper towel. Rub with margarine/oil and season all over. 
- 
Place breast-side down in the air fryer basket. 
- 
Cook for 30 minutes, then flip breast-side up and cook another 25β30 minutes (internal temp should reach 165Β°F in the thickest part). 
- 
Rest for 10 minutes, then carve and shred 2 cups for the recipe below. 
π§ Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake with Rice
π Ingredients (serves 4β6):
- 
2 cups shredded chicken (from air fryer or pre-cooked) 
- 
2 cups cooked Minute Rice β $4.77 
- 
1 pack (250g) Green Giant Simply Steam Broccoli & Cauliflower β 2/$4 
- 
Β½ block (approx. 4 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese β $3.99 
- 
1Β½ cups Black Diamond Cheese Shreds β $6.99 
- 
Β½ can (284ml) Success Mushrooms β 3/$5 
- 
1 tbsp Parkay Margarine β $4.44 
- 
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

- 
Steam the broccoli/cauliflower according to package instructions (4β5 minutes). 
- 
Cook Minute Rice and set aside. 
- 
Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20β30 seconds and stir until smooth. 
- 
In a large bowl, combine: - 
Cooked rice 
- 
Shredded chicken 
- 
Steamed vegetables 
- 
Mushrooms 
- 
Softened cream cheese 
- 
Β½ cup shredded cheese 
- 
Season to taste 
 
- 
- 
Grease a casserole dish with margarine and pour in the mixture. 
- 
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 375Β°F for 25β30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. 
- 
Serve hot β and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
